Okay, let’s get real about this whole “high vibe” thing. We hear it everywhere, right? But what does it actually mean? For some, it’s all about that solar plexus power, that get-up-and-go energy. For others, it’s about expanding their consciousness and connecting with the universe. And honestly? It’s everything in between.
There’s no right or wrong answer here. I truly believe we should grab whatever resonates with us in the moment. Some days, we need that solar plexus oomph – that beautiful masculine energy to get things done. Other days, we need to retreat, connect, and tap into our feminine energy. It’s about finding that sweet spot, that balance, and not going full throttle in just one direction.
Now, a lot of folks think that raising your vibration means everything magically becomes perfect. That all our problems will just melt away. But here’s the truth: when you raise your vibration, you become a light. You shine brighter, even in the toughest situations. And just like any light, you attract people.
Some of those people will be fellow light-bringers, your tribe, the ones who’ve also been doing the work. But you’ll also attract those whose lights have dimmed. You might suddenly find yourself playing agony aunt to strangers, even though you never signed up for the gig! Think of it like moths to a flame – they’re drawn to your energy.
So, what do you do about it?
Here’s what I’ve learned: kindness, empathy, and guidance are unlimited resources. We’ve been conditioned to believe in scarcity, but energetically, that’s just not true. You can give 100% kindness all day, every day, and you won’t run out.
Also, every interaction, even with strangers, is an energetic exchange. When you give energy, you create space for something else to fill it. And you get to choose what fills that space. As you offer kindness, make sure you fill that space with self-love, not the other person’s dimmed light. Keep shining bright.
But here’s the kicker: not everyone is ready to let go of their low vibration. Any high-vibe energy you offer may just bounce right off them. And that can be tough on your self-esteem. So, here are my top tips for navigating this delicate line:
- Build a resource library: Compile links to helpful blogs, articles, and free resources. They need to do their own homework, not just copy yours!
- Share your journey: Talk openly about the time and effort you’ve invested in your own personal development. Let them know it’s a process, not a quick fix and that it takes effort, work and a tonne of practise.
- Engage in dialogue: Ask them about the resources you shared, invite them to discuss their progress, not just their problems.
- Respond on your own terms: If you’re attracting a lot of support-seekers, set aside time to craft a response that directs all of them to your resource library.
- Practice gratitude and acceptance: Be grateful for where you are and accept where others are on their path. Radiate love; and trust that the universe will guide others to their own truth and their own peace.
Remember, you’re shining your light, and that’s a beautiful thing. Keep doing you, and trust and know everybody has it within them to find their way to their own light.
And if you are looking for a safe space full of people on that journey to their own light, you’ll find no better place than the Stone & Joy Self Care Sanctuary, a totally free and private Facebook Group for my own version of tribe on their way to high vibe.
