You’ve been holding back for as long as you can remember. Not in every area of your life, but in the ways that matter; stepping forward, being fully seen, using your voice without immediately second-guessing yourself. There’s always been something that pulls you back just before you go all in.

You’ve probably called it shyness, or lack of confidence, or just being the kind of person who prefers to stay in the background. You’ve made peace with it. You’ve worked around it. You’ve told yourself it’s fine.

But what if it’s older than you? What if it’s not even yours?

The witch wound

Between the 15th and 17th centuries, tens of thousands of women were killed across Europe and America. Burnt at the stake, stoned, subjected to brutal deaths, for being single, for owning a cat, for walking alone at night, for being the village midwife. For being a woman who dared to know things. You were accused of witchcraft if you went to church too often, or not often enough. If you moved house. If you had any kind of knowledge or intuition that made the people around you uncomfortable.

This lasted 200 years. And it spread, without any of the communication channels we have today, all the way across Europe and into America. That’s how powerful the fear culture was.

As recently as 1975, it was still a crime in the UK to claim to be a witch. That’s in living memory.

The conditioning left behind by all of that doesn’t just disappear. Science has now confirmed what energy workers have known for a long time: trauma carries through generations. It doesn’t reset. It accumulates, passed down through the body, through the sacral chakra, in both the female and male line.

That grief, that fear of being seen, that deep, quiet instruction to stay small and stay safe, it has been handed down to us by women who had very good reason to be afraid. And we’ve been living by rules that were written for a world that no longer exists.

How it shows up

The witch wound doesn’t tend to announce itself. It just quietly shapes things. It’s the way you’ve always avoided the limelight, even when part of you wanted it. The way you hide behind the practical stuff, the to-do lists, the helping, the being useful, rather than letting anyone see what you’re actually capable of. The way you feel guilty for wanting more, for taking up space, for having opinions that inconvenience people.

It’s the fear of being too much. Or not enough. Or just somehow wrong. It’s competing with other women instead of standing alongside them, because somewhere deep down there’s a belief that there isn’t room for all of us.

It shows up in the big decisions too. The opportunities you didn’t take, the relationships you stayed in too long, the version of yourself you’ve been quietly editing for as long as you can remember. None of it is a character flaw, all of it makes perfect sense when you understand what we’ve inherited.

It can be healed

But here’s the thing about this wound: it responds to intentional, energetic work in a way that years of talking about it often doesn’t. Because it isn’t stored in your thoughts, it’s stored in your body, in your sacral chakra, the seat of creativity, of emotion, of the divine feminine energy that has been suppressed and feared and hunted for centuries.

To heal it, you have to work at that level.

That’s exactly what The Womb Healing Circle is designed to do. It’s a full guided ceremony, rooted in crystal therapy, the ancient 13th Rite of the Womb, and a cacao ceremony closing, that takes you through a deep energetic clearing of everything you’ve been carrying that was never yours to carry in the first place.

You’ll understand the history. You’ll sit with the reflection. You’ll move through the healing. And you’ll come out the other side feeling something shift, sometimes dramatically, sometimes quietly, but always in ways that keep unfolding for weeks and months afterwards.

This treatment is for everyone. You don’t need a physical womb, you don’t need crystals, and you don’t need to have done anything like this before, or even to believe it’s going to work before you try it.

You just need an hour, somewhere comfortable, and a willingness to release what isn’t yours.

The fear that’s been keeping you small? It has a name. It has a history. And it has a way out.
